I constantly bite my cheek tissue. A lump which appears and than disappears has developed in the tissue below the bottom lip.

I had an oral exam 2 days ago and the Dentist said I have no tissue problems

when the lump can be felt it is firm and irregular.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
