OMG. that's exactly how my legs feel. i always thought it was strange it was the tops of my feet and shins. i tell someone my feet are stiff or hurt and they don't get it that its the tops not bottom. i also now have stiffness in my muscles now and arms stiff and both legs and arms ache bad at times. i'm still awaiting tests and see a neurologist next week for a thorough exam. it's good to know someone else can actually understand. is it only your legs involved? what tests have they run on you? i have had some blood work, xrays, mri's and all are negative. it's a mystery, a very annoying one at that.
