I'm glad to see you all posting. Sue, I haven't lost anymore either, but I haven't gained either. Thats the good part! Bear and I have stayed home today. I'm in a sleepy mood. May take a nap and exercise tonight. i am expecting Mark to come this afternoon tho, he may have to wake me up!

It's just a little bit chilli outside, not much sun, & the wind is cold. I been crotehing some and almost done. It's for my Easter. I made Gaye a shawl and now making me one just like it.

I too am trying to stay on my plan and got some Bannas, Apples, and Yogert for snacks. I love fruit! Sure hope it pays for me to eat it. I'm staying away from the Dollar Store, cause I want junk food there.
