Well, this is the first week that I stayed the same - nothing lost, nothing gained. This week we have company and although they love our WW recipes for dinner, the temptations have been there: snacks, candy, etc. I have stayed away but I have no time to do my little excercises. For me, I'm probably getting enough excercise just doing things. Last night I was exhausted.
