Curem,
Take an aspirin or two.
Not only will it act as an analgesic but it could be (and I'm sorry if this scares you) the beginnings of a stroke and this might have a preventative action.
Better to be safe.
Go see a Dr as well especially since the headache you're having is out of the ordinary for you.
Haven't taken the anti parkinson drug you mentioned, maybe someone else reading has and can comment regarding it and headaches?
