BUT I hate to utilize them for the simple fact that they aren't really relevant, as illustrated by those who report that one opioid doesn't work at all, but another (of "equivalent" dosage) works great. Guidelines are just that; every drug needs to be titrated independently to find the correct dosage for the patient.
