Epicondylitis was one of my dx's during my RSI injury - but EMG did not confirm and actual nerve damage for me and that fits as mine did go away after good PT /selfcare.
For me that meant it was caused higher up perhaps by tension/sticky tissues.
I remember how annoying and painful it was... to forget and lean or even arm rests in cars, pressure/touching on mattress when sleeping..


I didn't have any CT symptoms but a jammed up wrist sensation.
same thing as cause - tension & tightness stemming from higher up.
