Default Scalene and pectoralis minor block

Hi
Yesterday I had a left-sided scalene block and pectorali minoro block. Instant pain relief and still better today. My doc says this is a positive sign for TOS and it would indicate I would benefit from surgery and most likely have a good outcome.

I also have neck issues C5-6 cervical stenosis.

Neck doc wants to do a foraminotomy and vascular surgeon wants to do a first rib resection with brachial plexus neurolysis.

The plan is now to agressively go after the TOS with more PT, osteopathic manipulations, massage and accupuncture. (I've been doing PT and massage for about 8 weeks now, but not much help).

I really can't stand the pain anymore. I can't stand to be slowed down by this and want my old "me" back again. I love to play tennis, golf, etc., and I am in excellent health other than my neck and upper back issues.

I'm not finding too much positives on the forum about"after surgery". I'm wondering if once people are fixed and feeling better, they drop off the forum, so their outcomes are not posted here?

If anyone, anyone has had a good outcome from this surgery please let me know. I am thinking of having it done in May when I can get more time off work. I have great faith in the surgeon here in the Seattle area, Dr. Ombrellaro. Does anyone have experience with TOS surgery with him?

Thanks for any help and advice you can give...
