Everyone is different, with MG or with a vitamin D deficiency. It is important to follow with a doctor to determine:
1. Is there a cause for the deficiency?
2. What is the best treatment for your particular situation.
3. Followup to see if the treatment is working.
Annie59, not everyone has a severe situation like you do. To do have too much Vitamin D is dangerous too, as is too little.
Anyone who has a serious history of cancer should not be using a lamp and needs to discuss any treatments, even sitting in the sun, with their appropriate doctors.
