Azilect and headaches
I have been taking Azilect for the last 2 years and never had such a problem. I think the cause is somewhere else. My doctors told me that Azilect which is Rasagiline has a proven effect for slowing down the progress of the disease. Additionally some people claim to have some symptoms becoming milder when taking Azilect. Personally I have not seen any symptoms becoming milder. I would suggest that you stop taking Azilect for a few weeks and see whether the headaches go away. If they do then simply just stop Azilect. For symptoms I do not think you will need any replacement. As to slowing down progress I recommend another proven treatment that is taking high doses of co-enzyme Q10. These are from my personal experience. The best is of course to follow what your doctor says. Please keep us informed of the results.
