I don't see how you get 19 folic acid 1mg when Metanx only has 3mg metafolin in it. Granted metafolin is activated but I don't see it equal to 19 of the other. The P5P is 35mg.

How many of these are you taking a day?

If you are not deficient to begin with in any of these, there won't be much effect IMO.

There are many other things to try for diabetic neuropathy.
lipoic acid
acetyl carnitine
benfotiamine
Vit D3

are examples. All have studies showing improvement with them.
