Also, place the whole hand in a bowl filled with soft white flour and wiggle the fingers for one minute. Gradually increase the time the hand is spent in the flour each day for a week. The following week, replace the white flour with rice. Another week later replace the rice with small lentils. The following week replace the lentils with kidney beans. Although it will take several months, gradual stimulation is the only way of desensitizing sensitive nerves. This is a slow but sure way of returning to normal function. Without this gradual process, it is unlikely a person will wake up one morning and suddenly feel no nerve pain in the hand." I will be trying this with the nerve pain in both my legs, as he examined me confirming there is no current injury!! I also have Endometriosis (with nerve pain damage to my right abdomen), so I'll be bringing in sacks of the stuff and bathing in it!!! Come to think of it, my right hand between the first and second fingers has been killling me lately, so I'll give it a try there, too. Next post, 1 year from now. GOOD LUCK TO ANYONE WHO TRIES IT!

I have no idea how to respond to this. Between changing from rice and lentils and using flour etc. Well, please let us know if this system works for you.

I'm sure there will be PLENTY of people who reply to this.

Let us know what happens okay?

Best of luck
