Hi Amueller,
Do you know why they ruled out kinetosis (motion sickness)?
Are you in a mountainous region where driving involves a lot of elevation changes?
It could also be migraine; there seems to be a correlation between migraine & motion sickness. Google: motion sickness migraine for more info.
