Here is some background,right now out on LTD from my job since april of 2010. Car accident was aug 08 worked my job up to april 2010 but couldn't do it physical or mentally anymore. Had spinal fusion on lumbar spine may 2010. Feb 2011 just had cervical spine fusion. It has only been a little over 3 weeks but it seems headaches have diminished in strength(time willl tell). On pcs symptoms right now dealing with headaches,fatigue,dizzziness,and in a fog. I have been under the care of a neurologist for the last 2 years or so. It seems im getting enough sleep just getting to sleep seems to be diffficult (im wearing neck brace right now so that doesn't help,but before that getting to sleep wasn't easy either) On triggers it seems have problem with concertration when asked things i have to think about and repeated questions and duration of conversation. Had neuropysch test done in Dec 2010. Lately being home is starting to ware on me. Sorry for rambling
