How much garlic do you actually have? lol Sounds a lot! On second thoughts making pesto wouldn't be much use if you have heaps. Gotta go here. p.s. if you baked the garlic in the oven to make the paste, make sure you leave the cloves whole while you're baking them and don't split them up into individual segments.
