Debra,

Color changes are not at all uncommon. My foot CRPS has resulted in some pretty darn unusual color combinations in that limb! This goofy disorder has a mind of its own.

BUT, you can learn about how it operates and find things that you can do to counter the negative effects.

I too like a warm water therapy for the affected areas. Everybody is so unique with this condition. You have to experiment a bit and find out what works for you.

I did a lot of online research and found a lot of tips. There is a lot of help out there. Don't believe everything you see of course, and you have to be sharp enough to weed out things that don't add up. You need professionals that are EXPERIENCED in this to help you when you have questions. Many doctors themselves don't understand CRPS. Not their fault usually, they just don't have much experience in it. I saw one doctor that has seen only 2 cases of this in 26 years. So a thank you to him and I kept looking!
