I decided to join this group b/c almost ten years ago I purposefully hurt myself and caused neurological problems for myself. Actually to be more specific, I gave myself a concussion.... I was young and I honestly didn't think it would hurt me. When I started experiencing neurological burning, stinging, etc., I tried to tell my doctor about it but I really had no idea what words to use to describe it.... but when I told her "I feel something moving inside of me", she didn't beleive me...
so I waited two years before I mentioned it to a different doctor...and was recommended to a neurologist. Anyway, long story short, my neurologist tells me there's no nerve damage.... but yet I can't feel my right leg or arm well enough to feel my reflexes or my muscles in my upper leg and upper arm.

Is there anything I can do to help my nervous system at all?
