Default The rate at which CDRs are not performed

I was diagnosed as being schizoaffective when I was 18, and have collected Social Security ever since.. I'm 32 now, and on a piece of paperwork I saw that I was next scheduled for a CDR in 2015, which means that a CDR was not performed for literally 2.5 times the max term by law (7).. So my question is, due to the Social Security backlog is this more common that not? Does it depend on the type of illness and expected recovery? Or does it depend on what exact Social Security program you are on (SSD, SSI or for me, Survivors Benefits)? What is the likelihood that I will still not see anything in 2015?
