What do the drs say about the MRI results?
Usually they are plenty happy to do surgery if it is warranted.

Although the desired results may or may not pan out for you...

I've noticed during my various sessions of PT - that there is average PT and exceptional PT.

On my chiropractic suggestion...
I know some have strong feelings against chiropractic , but the DC I found sure has helped me , much more than any of the MDs.

I don't have any specific spine issues like your MRI shows though, my stuff is upper body RSI/TOS and some soft tissue low back pain at times.

It did take about 2.5 yrs to get myself healed from the worst of my RSI/TOS symptoms - due to work comp and the system etc.
And I didn't find the chiro until 1 yr into it.

So it may take more than a few months of really good PT or DC care to resolve your issues.
