i watched Love and Other Drugs a few days ago and ended up liking it. They didn't focus on the physical, but a lot of detail was there. She was ravenous for sex, her apartment was a mess, she frequently stretched, her feet were dirty because her apartment wasn't clean, she couldn't afford her meds so she drank. She smoked pot. She was quite the mess and so uplifted when she finally met other pwp.

Maybe you should send a copy of it to the hospital, but they probably wouldn'r even know what to look for.
