This all boils down to 'Innocent Ignorance'....... Somehow we've all (figuratively speaking) been 'programmed' to be under the assumption that fluoride is a 'good' thing.

This makes me want to walk in and SLAP my dentist! He's definitely in this for the money, no two ways about it. I've taken all my kids to him since he started his practice almost 20 years ago! He's expensive.....but I understand all about the costs of overhead and keeping current with technology and the high-end equipment he pays for in his freestanding facility......and he employs at least 3 or 4 hygienists, etc...... I've gladly put my trust in him and wanted to support his growing practice.
Finding out about this fluoride issue feels like one big slap in the face!
This is what we get for putting our trust in these dentists!
All our dental is out-of-pocket......and I seem to have fallen prey to all these 'bite-wing' xrays and fluoride treatments, etc.....thinking it's worth it to keep my kids in good dental health.
What a crock!

I just cannot comprehend WHY the FDA has allowed this 'poison' substance to be used to the degree that most dentists use it.
And why/how it even gets in our drinking water in the first place!
