Hello all,

Often enough and it's annoying, these are some things that make it worse, change of temp with water(doing dishes), hands/arms elevated,in the morning, and at night when trying to get some sleep, trying to get eggs out of the carton with out putting my finger thur one, when using my BB, driving, grasping or reaching out to pick something up, reading, etc...
