Thoracic outlet syndrome is not well know by the average doctor, so I really suggest reading the useful sticky thread about it if you are having neck, arm & shoulder pain. post # 1 on the link has a large list of links

the sticky thread also has various therapy links - one that might apply to your ON symptoms is the info on trigger points.
