Is this documented in his medical reports and notes? This is why it is extremely important for your husband to have copies of his own medical records.

The reason for the denial of Medicaid? If your husband is not receiving any type of income & you are on disability, what was the reason for the denial?
Do you & hubby have other income or assets that would disqualify him from receiving Medicaid?
