I'd give it more time to heal and be very careful during recovery.

Then if you still have some arm/shoulder pain after the recovery time, then explore more about TOS - aka thoracic outlet syndrome.
We have a forum for that too if you'd like to read about it.

TOS often will not "show" on MRI or EMG/NCV tests - so many drs don't know or consider it especially if the C spine has some issues happening.
Difficult to sort it all out when multiple issues are going on.
