Meds and supplements make you smell different to a dog, and sometimes to people. For example, take any garlic and it will effect body odor. Fish oil in greater amounts than is utilized by your body also effects body odor. Some meds cause dry skin, sweating, promote fungus, promote bacterial growth, etc.
Something besides meds and supplements may be happening with your feet, like a fungus infection. Your doctor should check it out, and the other things you mention also.
Something may also be causing your perceived BO, such as early diabetes. Again, your doctor should check it out.
