High level phenylalanine in Turkey.
A report in a German psychiatry journal, (sorry, don't have original paper) has stated that dopamine levels can be increased by eating turkey. Turkey contains an L-Dopa precurser, phenylalanine, in high levels. The synthetic route to dopamine in the brain is,
Protein---->phenylalanine---->tyrosine---->L-Dopa---->dopamine.
