I'm most comfortable sleeping on my side, but I get more pain in my back and legs upon awakening in those places when I sleep on my side. However, when I sleep on my back, my left hip feels like it's not in it's socket properly for several hours after awakening and my lower back hurts more. My legs feel better when I sleep on my back with my legs stretched out. Feel like I can't win either way so, I understand, I guess. I have to change positions pretty often while sleeping.
