I drive without problems most of the time. I have someone else drive if I'm headed more than 5 miles away and I expect to be overloaded. (Like when I went for Neuro-Psych test.)
I think the important thing is to know your limits.

My life has been interrupted by PCS (Post Concussion Syndrome) aka TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) due to a car wreck April 13, 2010. It can go back to normal any day now!
