Hi Pixified

I have daily pins and needles, numbness in the hands which can also include burning sensations in my hands. This is how I start the day on waking so for me it's normal but for others it may not be constant. I have tried many things to try and stop this and thought I had some success with different pillows (including body pillows) but after a while the benifits stopped working. Keeping my arms beside me while sleeping doesn't make any difference.
