I also had the MVD done and I am now 9 weeks post op. Here is the best advice I can give you: RELAX !! I am only 22 years old so I thought I should be up and doing things fast but i was totally wrong! If i could go back I would have taken it a lot easier on myself then I did. I know it can be frustrating still having pain but it does take time .. I have even heard of people who it took a year to feel any relief from surgery. Stay positive it helps with the healing process!
