I have not seen Dr. Pellicci in Scranton at the medical center across from Moses Taylor hospital. He is very patient advocate for w/c and insurn.

Excellent. A young Dr. Togut. The issue there is he had a managed care program and if you are not local it is difficult to keep up. A lot of books and information he has to share with families to explain what TOS is.
