Dear Karen

I am so sorry that you are going through all of this! Can you call your primary care doctor for help? Are you on anything like Xanax to calm you down? That really helps when i am in the middle of a pain crisis because it does attack you so much mentally. Have you called the therapy place back to tell them how bad off you are...maybe they can undo whatever they did to you?

lastly when we are in a lot of pain we dont breathe right. This is real important because deep breathing releases good chemicals in our brains to help stabilize us. 3 deep slow breaths may help bring some temporary relief.
hugs and peace
Lori

I really think the physio therapy has really done something to me.

Just now from trying to type to you all my hand is turning purple and cold. Never happened that fast before Wednesday.

Is this normal for everything to be this bad after something like this? Or should this "flare up" calmed down by now? Or is this how things are going to stay from now on? sorry just beside myself now...I was limited before how much I could do but now there is even more I can't do.

I'm a physical and emotional mess.

Thanks for letting me vent a little.

And thank you everyone that has responded to my recent posts...just haven't been up to responding... but does help to read them! some great idea's for washing hair!

take care,
Karen
