I am hoping you get some answers, as I'm trying to discern my symtoms like you.
Do you, or does anyone, have arm burning/numbness as soon as you drift to sleep? I have had it two nights in a row. No position is comfortable?

I feel like I am 70, when I am only 37 and healthy.
Anyone have forearm achiness? Top of forearm, left side is sore these days. I even see some mild atrophy in my muscle mass, the neurologist was not concerned. But I am, as I don't understand if this is nerve impingement based on TOS or what ...
