Thumbs up

That is really interesting.

Food intolerances, remain a cause for neuropathy type symptoms...and may remain hidden, unless patients like you become proactive and do the work to eliminate suspicious food groups.

You could try narrowing your range to gluten and nightshades and see if those are the culprits.

I remember your frustration with your discomfort, and I am so happy for you that you have some relief.

As an example, I had some stewed tomatos with oregano/garlic from DelMonte, that made my feet burn tremendously for 3 days just recently. The diced unseasoned Hunt's, did not.
I am replacing pasta slowly, with various beans, and those are more appetizing with tomatoes mixed in for me.

I am more and more curious about solanine build up in the body, which has been suggested as a result of potato consumption (and some tomatoes). I am also avoiding peppers and have much less GI problems too.

Diet can be such a trigger for misery! This board is seeing more and more positive results with food management. Thanks for the update. And Congratulations on finding a way to feel better!
