The block was done in both the back and front of my knee, and there was a tourniquet used. Thanks for the info

robbieck, was the block done "in" your knee or in the back of your knee. Likely the latter. If so, it would be unusual for a block there to cause pain where you are having it. Was a tourniquet used during the surgery. That may be a source of your symptoms if it was placed high on the thigh.
