I thought of this thread yesterday as I was making hamburgers and the meat was cold. Normally, I can't feel heat with my hands and arms. I have burnt myself several times without realizing it or if I did, it was a good hour after I burnt myself that I actually felt it. But, the cold meat yesterday felt like it froze my bones from my hands up my arms to my elbows. I have experienced this several times recently. It's a weird feeling and hurts. I have to run my hands under warm water in order to get them feeling better. (I wonder if this past flare changed something with my hot/cold sensory system in my hands/arms. )

Just thought I would share that as I remembered it yesterday.
