So sorry to hear that things are so bad right now, Karen.

In my experience, I am always a LOT worse after Physio. It can sometimes take days for me to get back to my usual level of pain. My Physio's are now starting to notice that I often feel worse after a physio session and are advicing me to only do as much as I feel able and to pace myself. With RSD, it's important that you don't do too much and don't do too little. You have to find the correct balance. At the moment, that is really hard for me to do and I often become worse because of it. I'm going through a rough time now (pain flare) so have been told by my Dr and Physio's to only do as much as I feel I can. I think you should talk to your physio's and tell them how you are feeling. If they don't listen then something needs doing and a new physio may be needed!

Take care and know you aren't alone. If you ever want to talk i'm here.
