I was given some Nature's Bounty Melatonin by my good friend, and it is all-natural, doesn't seem to have side effects, and does the job for me.

Still wake up once or even twice the night, but seem to get back to sleep quickly. The plan is to take it til I run out, hoping that the nerve pain/headache lessens.
