Good morning, sorry to hear your recovery is not going well. Are you still having pain issues? After my ACDF(C4-C7)I continued to have major issues, they offered more surgery to which I have declined, I had both my neurosurgeon and family dr fill out the medical forms and I filled out the rest of the application, I applied with 4 yrs of medical reports in Dec/2010 and I was just approved on Mar 26th, if your dr files the proper medical requirements that meets SS rules you should have no problem(my opinion only)I still cannot believe it only took me 3 months, as I know people that waited for yrs, maybe they did not have the proper medical forms or dr's did not think they were disabled??? I do think there are scammers out there that abuse the system and make it difficult for others??? Again just my opinion, thank's for your response and I wish you all the best, take care Bunz
