I still get reminders of what I can't do sometimes.
I got some easy yoga dvds for back care & arthritis etc -thought I could handle that slower and gentler pace , plus plan to share them w/ my parents.
It was going slow and easy so when it came time for the neck portion of a warm up stretch I thought oh I can do this easy,,, went beyond my limits and forced it too much..
now been kind of sore for nearly a week..the rest of the yoga was fine I just got too strong on the neck stretch warm up.
our bodies just are not normal anymore..
