An Aside
Just an additional note. Sorry Paula, I know it doesn't support your very important reason for posting this article. The need to take the patient's wishes into account for life threatening situations is most important.
I was wondering how many were aware that dopamine plays a major role in the growth of cells? I remember reading somewhere that dopamine was used by Oncologists to slow malignant cell growth.
I wrote a biography which I submitted to the Michael J. Fox Foundation with permission to publish, trash, edit or do whatever with. It was some time ago, so I assume they decided to trash it. The title? "Whose Life is it Anyway?" Probably wasn't very well written but I thought the name of the collequim mentioned in Paula's post was ironic.
