I used to go because I thought it was the right thing to do, and
I've always wanted to get better. so I've had 200 units of PT. I only stopped going when they told me I didn't have to go there anymore....
Sorry you find it so depressing. I hated the PT at my surgeon's office. Perhaps you need to find another therapist. I had a therapist I liked, but his facility was always too noisy and crowded for my head to handle. It's really hard to find a perfect set-up for patients like us. Maybe you can get the exercises and do them at home?
I'm fairly certain I should be in PT now. I still can't open bottles of water or heavy doors. My arms and shoulders are terribly thin. And I have tight muscles everywhere in my neck and shoulders. But I don't want PT. I want a nice therapeutic SPA. and I don't think insurance is going to cover THAT for me....
