[QUOTE=untilthebell;758010]If my husband at age 42 is to win his case for SSDI. How much would our children get a month? Some told me 200 per child, others told me they recived as high as 450 a month. Is that state by state? Both of our children are under 16.[/QUOT
Not all claims result in benefits to children. Depends on the earnings record. If the worker had just barely enough credits, their benefit may equal the family maximum. Or the family maximum may only allow for a very small amount paid to the children with the maximum not exceeding 1/2 of the benefit to the worker.
