Is yours sore all around the elbow area or mainly at the very point of the elbow?

Early on I had some soreness & tenderness around the elbow area along with my other hand & arm sx, and it was dx'd as epicondylitis.

But I think mine then was due to all the upper body tension and spasmed muscles , but at the time the PT rx was only for arm & hand treatment...
