Well, since this forum seems to get more views, I have another quick question..

Was doing hot wraps last night and think maybe I might have gone too hot but since my sensitivity is down I didnt notice. I seem to be experiencing more numbness possibly from too much heat? Was pretty hot but not painful hot. No tissue damage just a little redness that went away, but can nerves be damaged that easily from just a small amount of heat? I mean i know I have endured much worse heat on other parts of my body but maybe the nerves are little more sensitive down there?

Does there have to be actual tissue damage for heat to kill nerve endings?
