I forgot to add that last week I started having really sharp pains right at the outside point of the elbow.
Slightly sore but not too bad until I bump or touch it right on that spot then OUCHY!

Getting better now, though.
I think I irritated both elbows by spending too much time on the laptop the day before.
I had it on the coffee table , too low I know, and was leaning forward with my elbows on my knees a lot.
