First off let me say I am sorry about your struggles but I am glad you got it all solved :-)
As for your question, the electrodes were placed on my head only.
I thought because they saw abnormal activity on consecutive days, it would be enough to diagnose me. But since the seizures I had were not at the time of abnormalities they said pseudoseizures.
The notes I pasted above were from a Epileptologist at the Epilepsy Centre I was at. As you mentioned about the temporal lobe, I also thought this was something they would mention. Since all the abnormalities seem to be in the front or temporal area, wouldn't that point to it likely being a real problem and not just random spikes. I would think random spikes would be in different areas.
Anyways, I hope I don't have to go down the road of under the skull as that scares me, but we will see what my new neurologist says first.
