Where is the inflamation you are talking about? I get alot in the neck area.
I too tried celebrex, and it was usless. Advil works some, but I have recently been experimenting with wrap around ice packs with velcro straps....they have been working quite well, along with muscle relaxors...of course thats only from a mans point of view.
