hahahah, my face is tight hi
so myofascial pain syndrome would that cause inflammation?

i hesitate to use the word trigger points bc if i do have them i have about 500 all around my rib area. particularly the sides and back under my shoulders. my ribs always feel warm and they're twisted:

both l and r ribs-- too high up
right side -- not as high, twisted forward, so the rib/shoulder joint area feels stuck and pinched in front. also my more winged shoulder, coincidence..i think not!
left side--spasm side, rib is back but comes out at my ear

my pt was feeling around my ribs in the back area and they HURT theyre very painful to the touch and when i strengthen or stretch all of these areas get warm again. its very frustrating.

ice does help i just hate doing it :/
